How to choose flagpole size and type

Match the pole to the place, then the flag to the pole.

Start with where the pole goes

A short pole on a bracket suits a porch or storefront (wall-mount). A freestanding pole suits a yard (residential or telescopic). A larger site calls for a commercial pole, and a building with no ground space can take a rooftop pole. For temporary use, look at event poles or rental.

Pole height and flag size

A taller pole is generally paired with a larger flag, so the flag stays in proportion to the pole and the building. Rather than give a number that may not suit your site, send us the site photo and the flag you want. We will suggest a matching combination.
